# The first approved DAO Proposal

YIN DAO’s first investment will be in partnership with SolarShare to establish 10 solar farms in Brazil. SolarShare, is a blockchain-based platform that revolutionizes Solar Energy investments by tokenizing Solar Farms, providing the DAO with a passive income stream for a minimum of 20 years. Additionally, SolarShare will integrate their decentralized application (dApp) on our website, offering real-time 24/7 data from the solar farms. This will allow investors to monitor the operational status of each solar panel, energy output, and other critical information. YIN DAO prioritizes transparency throughout the process.

As the first investment, we are starting with 10 Solar Farms that will bring in approximately $20K per month as revenue.&#x20;
