Our story begins with the SHIBU Twin Sisters, Yin and Yan, who crashed-landed in the Nevada Desert years ago. The Army takes them as prisoners due to their unique features and uses them for countless experiments, trying to recreate their breed of SHIBUs.

Over the course of 14 months, the scientist conducted tests on a total of 8998 test subjects, a combination of a female Shiba Inu Dog and DNA from a female fox, to create their own SHIBUs. One fateful day, test subject #412 escapes from her cage and frees Yin, Yan and the rest of the test subjects. Together, the 9000 SHIBUs escape the Army Base and flee into the deep forest, where they build a small village and start their own community, named SHIBU Society.

In SHIBU Society, each SHIBU has their own life, personality, hobby, and responsibility, with their own ecosystem and they have $YINDAO as their own form of payment.

As the SHIBUs continue to enjoy their newly found freedom, a sinister plan is being orchestrated by the Army Base to get Yin and Yan back together with the rest of the SHIBUs.

Decentralized Decision-Making: A Web3 Shark Tank

Investment Strategy and Treasury Management

DAO investment generates revenue back to the DAO. Each revenue will be equally distributed with the help of our audited smart contracts. YIN DAO’s revenue distribution model ensures that profits from investments are shared equitably. The distribution will be as followed:

• 50%: Allocated to the treasury for the DAO’s passive income.

• 20%: Distributed to $YANG token holders via a tiered reward system.

• 10%: Used to buy back and burn $YINDAO tokens, reducing supply and increasing scarcity.

• 20%: Allocated to the YIN DAO Council

This strategy ensures that our investors, are rewarded proportionately to their commitment, and ensures that $YINDAO remains a deflationary token, with its value and scarcity continually increasing as more investments succeed.

Buyback and Burn Mechanism

YIN DAO incorporates a Buyback and Burn Mechanism, where 10% of the profits from investments are used to buy back $YINDAO tokens from the open market and burn them. This deflationary model helps increase the scarcity of $YINDAO tokens, potentially driving up their value over time. The Buyback and Burn will be executed quarterly till the total supply has decreased from 3 billion to 2 billion tokens through this mechanism.

YANG Tokenomics

Distribution Rate: $YANG tokens are acquired by staking your $YINDAO tokens. The distribution rate for staking is 10.000 : 1. This means that for each 10.000 $YINDAO tokens you stake, you will accumulate 1 $YANG Governance each day.

In addition to the $YINDAO token, our ecosystem features the $YANG governance token. Holding $YANG gives you the power to influence the direction of the DAO by voting on key proposals and decisions. This decentralized governance model ensures that the future of $YINDAO is shaped by its most dedicated and knowledgeable members, where every member has the power to influence its growth.

The more $YANG Tokens you hold, the more voting power. Being part of the DAO, the community may also submit their proposal for financial support.

Why Are Revenues being shared with $YANG Holders?

Accumulating $YANG tokens by staking $YINDAO tokens, is an investment in the DAO. Each revenue will be equally distributed with the help of our audited smart contracts. YIN DAO’s revenue distribution model ensures that revenues from investments are shared equitably.

Tier #2 $YANG holders will receive 20% of all revenue generated from each DAO investment, distributed biannually, with the first distribution scheduled for June 2025.

YIN DAO is committed to rewarding its loyal investors. By purchasing and staking your $YINDAO tokens, you demonstrate support for the protocol. The more $YINDAO tokens you stake, the more $YANG tokens you accumulate, increasing your influence and rewards.

To further align with investor contributions, YIN DAO has developed a tier system that both rewards loyal investors and structures the DAO:

• Tier 1: Grants eligibility to vote on proposals.

YIN DAO’s first investment will be in partnership with SolarShare to establish 10 solar farms in Brazil. SolarShare, is a blockchain-based platform that revolutionizes Solar Energy investments by tokenizing Solar Farms, providing the DAO with a passive income stream for a minimum of 20 years. Additionally, SolarShare will integrate their decentralized application (dApp) on our website, offering real-time 24/7 data from the solar farms. Suriname and Guyana, located in South America, have emerged as leading countries in the Caribbean region for crude oil and gas discoveries. Major industry players such as TotalEnergies, Apache, Hess Corporation, and Shell are either already conducting or preparing for offshore drilling operations in these regions. YIN DAO aims to capitalize on this opportunity by acquiring dividend shares from these companies. This strategic investment will generate an additional income stream for the DAO, providing long-term passive income over the next 20+ years.

Why are we focused on the Suriname and Guyana basin for Oil & gas?

In Guyana there are 11 Billion Barrels of Crude Oil and 17 Trillion cubic feet of gas have been found. In Suriname there are 2.4 Billion Barrels of crude oil found, estimated to contain over 30 Billion Barrels of unproven Oil, as multinational companies are still busy with their research. Over 12.5 Trillion cubic feet of recoverable natural gas is found as well on the coast of Suriname.

As the main founders of YIN DAO, are based in Suriname with a network in the Oil & Gas, they will be proposing Oil & Gas Projects to the DAO. Funding of the DAO will help Companies to start or continue with their projects development, whereas the revenue stream of the DAO will increase as well.

What is SHIBI Charity Foundation?

SHIBU Charity Foundation (SCF) is a non-profit organization who supports children,- and young adults with various disabilities, children with cancer, HIV, menthal health issues and orphanages. Our dedication to charity is at the heart of everything we do, and we choose to focus on children with disabilities at first, because it's hard to go through life on their own. Not being supported by their families, is one thing, but they ar being left in a corner with minimal help of the government. This motivates us to bring them along our journey, by giving back after each successful milestone we achieve.
