# Asset Management

All RWA assets will be managed by our SPV. An SPVs act as separate legal entities that hold assets for tokenization, isolating risk and simplifying capital raising. 

Many types of assets can be held by a SPV! This includes assets like real estate (buildings, apartments), art, company shares, loans, and even renewable energy projects. The goal is to make these assets easier to own and trade through digital tokens.

"Yin DAO Foundation" will be our designated SPV. By having the "Yin DAO Foundation" as our SPV we herby obide by the Regulatory Compliance of having a seperate legal entity that manages the DAO's assets.
