To ensure the long-term viability of Yin DAO’s tiered revenue-sharing model and maximize returns for our most committed investors, the $YANG token requirements for each tier will increase by 10% annually on January 30th. This adjustment aligns with ecosystem growth, token demand, and inflationary safeguards, ensuring fair rewards for early adopters while incentivizing continued participation.

   • The minimum $YANG holdings required for Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers will rise by 10% each year on January 30th.

   • Example: By January 30, 2026, the updated tiers will be:

     • Silver Tier: 1 – 165,000 $YANG

     • Gold Tier: 165,001 – 275,000 $YANG

     • Diamond Tier: 275,001+ $YANG

2. Grandfathering Clause:

   • Members who achieve a tier before the annual adjustment will retain their tier status and benefits until the next adjustment date.

   • Example: A Diamond-tier member with 275,000 YANG in 2025 will remain Diamond until January 30 ,2026, even if the new thres hold rises to 275,001+ YANG

3. Purpose:

   • Protocol Stability: Mitigate dilution as the DAO scales, ensuring tiers reflect evolving participation levels.

   • Loyalty Rewards: Protect long-term holders from inflationary pressures by rewarding early commitment.
