Francisca Pawirodimedjo (CTO/ Co-founder)
Francisca is the co-founder of SHIBU SocietyGroup of Companies, DEMA & YIN DAO and the founder of the SHIBU Charity Foundation. She began her career in the distribution industry at the age of 18 and transitioned into real estate after two years. She later shifted her academic and professional focus from marketing to accounting.
Francisca entered the oil and gas industry, where she progressed from Sales & Marketing Manager to Office Manager before establishing her own consultancy business, primarily serving the oil and gas sector.
With over two years of experience in Web3, she was inspired to enter the space by her fiancé and business partner, Donovan. Together, they are building a strong future with their team and community, fostering innovation for the next generation while raising global awareness for social good.

Alongside her blockchain engagement, Dawn brings extensive professional expertise as a Senior Accountant for a leading water/wastewater consulting firm based in Alberta, Canada.
